Tasks

-Use Workday to implement PPG global programs and processes by reviewing current process and redesigning process, workflows and current Workday configuration to maximize technology and create efficiencies and transparency that creates a better customer experience. -Lead the design and delivery of compensation programs, policies, and projects across the organization. -Use compensation data to provide thoughtful analysis and insight to guide recommendations, with the ability to present outcomes to business leaders. -Prepare compensation recommendations for new hires and current employees, providing insight based on knowledge of relevant labor markets and internal relativity. -Review compensation policies to ensure continued alignment with legislation and best practice. -Research compensation trends and conduct market analysis to ensure programs are aligned with the competitive market. -Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary planning, incentive awards, configuration of HRIS (Workday), and communication of compensation outcomes.

What You Bring

-10+ years of compensation design, administration, and implementation experience including executive compensation experience in a traded company. -Workday experience is highly preferred. -Deep and comprehensive knowledge of retention/project bonuses, base pay, short-term incentive design and long-term incentive devices/programs required. -Understand compensation trends, pay equity, compensation administration and financial modeling with the ability to present and train individuals on compensation topics. -Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
