- Support the PM in managing project schedule, cost tracking, procurement, and daily coordination.
- Support reporting, dashboards, look-ahead planning, and QA/QC documentation.
- Prepare meeting minutes, action logs, submittal/RFI tracking, and vendor follow-ups.
- Coordinate between design teams, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
- Assist with design coordination, change orders, risk updates, and document reviews.
