-Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using Revit -Conduct site analysis and zoning/building code research -Collaborate on design concepts and presentations -Mentor and supervise junior staff -Support project management tasks including schedules and documentation -Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, lighting, acoustic, expediting) -Lead design development, construction documentation, and permitting
