-Act as the primary contact for vendors, monitor SLAs, and drive performance reviews -Prepare reports and documentation to provide actionable insights to stakeholders -You will strengthen WAN infrastructure by managing vendor relationships and asset lifecycles, ensuring cost efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement -Identify process optimization opportunities and leverage data analytics for efficiency and cost savings -Support procurement in negotiations and collaborate on compliance with contract terms -Maintain accurate inventory of circuits, contracts, and equipment while overseeing renewals and upgrades
