The Role

Overview

Admin assistant handling calls, data entry, scheduling and liaising with installers.

Tasks

-Answering incoming calls -Assisting other departments with day-to-day operations -Reviewing install/dismantle photos and scheduling rectifications as required. -General office work including data entry, photocopying, laminating, etc. -Uploading of purchase orders and other documents -Scheduling and confirming bookings for our customers. -Liaising with installers and sub-contractors
