Tasks

Civil engineers are essential to building resilient water systems that protect public health and the environment. In this role, you’ll shape the future of wastewater infrastructure through innovative design and technical leadership. -Conduct hydraulic assessments and produce technical documentation -Lead design of reinforced concrete structures, pipework, chambers, tanks, and pump stations -Oversee junior engineers and ensure design quality -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contractors -Ensure compliance with UK standards and contribute to value engineering

What You Bring

-Skilled in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Tekla TEDDS, STAAD, Robot, Revit -Experience with Tier 1 contractors or UK water utilities -Familiarity with AMP frameworks and BIM Level 2 workflows -Excellent communication and leadership skills -Strong experience in reinforced concrete and buried pipework -Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (BEng/MEng) -Chartered or Incorporated Engineer (ICE/IStructE) or working toward it -5–7+ years in UK wastewater/infrastructure sectors
