Tasks

Role Purpose: To manage the day-to-day operations of project and central warehouses, focusing on the receiving and issuing of materials. -Perform general duties for receiving and issuing materials. -Review, recheck and verify documents properly and with reference uploaded in the Open text. -Support procurement shipping and receiving materials at site store. -Ensure all documents are on time and fast way of extracting as required for day-to-day use. -Act as custodian of all materials at warchouse and keep in safe and proper placement. -Receiving of delivery notes and after inspection convert in GRN. -Keep update all delivery note in proper filing and safe. -Coordinate with PM to get day to day approval of Delivery notes and material inspections and convert in GRN immediately. -Receiving and issuing materials at warehouse. -Ensure all materials are in good placement and properly racked -Inform warehouse manager and PM in case of damaged materials receive. -Maintain and submit weekly Log report. -Dispatch regularly all required documents to head office -Ensure all GRNis timely creation in SAP system and communicate procurement to head office.

Requirements

• 3-5 years
• bachelor’s
• business admin
