Tasks

-Manage the entire business development lifecycle, from lead generation and client pursuit through proposal coordination and contract negotiation. -Partner closely with preconstruction and operations teams to ensure project pursuits are financially sound and executable. -Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, architects, and other key decision-makers. -Develop and execute a strategic growth plan targeting new multifamily and mixed-use opportunities across NC and SC. -Represent the company at industry events, trade associations, and community functions to strengthen brand presence. -Track and forecast regional pipelines, market trends, and client activity. -Achieve annual new award targets that drive 20 percent+ YoY revenue growth.
