Change Order and Extension of Time analysis.
Review periodic CPM schedule updates, provide Primavera schedule comparison reports and detailed reviews.
Develop baseline schedule and/or produce summary and detailed review of baseline durations, logic, resources, costs, cost curves, resource histograms.
Identify and analyze schedule critical path/near critical path activities for reasonableness, relevance, and accuracy.
Perform earned value analysis and produce EVM reports.
Perform time impact analyses (TIA) to determine the extent of the impacts of potential delays.
Assess and provide recommendations to resolve schedule, scope changes or delays to the Project Manager, Project Team, and/or Executive Management.
Responsible for developing, updating and analyzing detailed execution schedules for multiple projects being executed simultaneously.
Schedule Change Management and detail review and analysis of change orders.
Provide recommendations for schedule recovery, conduct recovery schedule reviews, and perform what-if scenario analysis.
Responsible for schedule management to support client programs or projects including design and construction projects.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline or equivalent.
Project financial forecasting skills.
Team player and Strong communication skills
Experience in preparing project reports and documentation.
Effective reporting and communication skills.
Construction experience is preferred
10+ years of experience in developing and managing project Schedules.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Experienced with critical path method analysis/technique with Primavera.
Experience working within large and challenging Client Programs with one or more project teams.
