  • Strong knowledge of construction and design processes
  • Progressive experience in BIM/3D Modeling, with a focus on Autodesk Software Suite & Services
  • Advanced knowledge in (BIM) programs and applicable techniques
  • Ability to manage and deliver assigned tasks, projects and group initiatives in an efficient manner
  • Experience with design software including Rhino, Vray, Lumion, Unity, Unreal, Twinmotion,
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Experience with a variety of BIM software including Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 Design Suite,
  • Knowledge and experience in the disciplines within the AEC industry
  • Utilizes specialist knowledge to conduct complex modeling, data management, analysis and/or
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or a related discipline required
  • Ability to delegate tasks to team members and lead BIM scope on projects
