Tasks

-Provide commercial input into annual capital investment plans. -Develop and maintain global governance and operating procedures. -Support bid preparation, commercial modelling, and regional tender submissions. -Train teams on new processes, contracts, tools, and systems. -Oversee Account Development Plans and identify organic growth opportunities. -Lead commercial strategy, pricing frameworks, and development of project systems (e.g., Monday.com). -Implement best practices to improve margins, manage risks, and standardise delivery processes. -Standardise financial and project performance reporting across regions. -Drive global procurement and subcontracting strategies; implement standard contract documents. -Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.

What You Bring

-Strategic thinker with ability to interpret market dynamics. -Proven background in governance, process development, and strategic procurement. -Willingness to travel internationally. -Advanced IT literacy (MS Office, MS Project, project systems). -Strong leadership, accountability, collaboration, and client focus. -Degree in Technical, Commercial, Project Management or related field; 10+ years in senior commercial or PMO roles within FM Projects. -Experience managing contracts :£5m and project portfolios >£40m. -Strong knowledge of construction procurement, planning, contracts, and project management processes. -Strong construction contract expertise and negotiation skills. -Excellent relationship management and influencing ability.
