Tasks
-New Construction - Engineering, fabrication, and installation of mechanical systems for new projects following lean construction practices. -Ensure System Performance and Quality: Conduct thorough testing of mechanical equipment and control system components, documenting results and promptly resolving any issues to ensure optimal system functionality. -Delivering exceptional customer service and solving complex challenges. -Building Performance - Control systems, fault detection, energy services, and remote monitoring. -Special Projects - Retrofits and mechanical repairs for existing buildings to improve efficiency. -Service - Scheduled preventative maintenance ensuring tenant comfort, plus 24/7 emergency response. -Develop and Implement Software Solutions: Gain the ability to write and implement software code that aligns with project scopes, specifications, and functional requirements.
