Tasks
-Translate business needs into actionable data strategies and roadmaps. -Own the end-to-end data technology ecosystem, including platforms, tools, and infrastructure. -Establish and oversee enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data quality, security, privacy, and compliance. -Lead the development and maintenance of scalable data operations, including data architecture, data management, and master data initiatives. -Guide the organization in identifying high-impact AI opportunities and ensure responsible AI implementation. -Ensure optimal performance, scalability, security, and reliability of the data stack. -Collaborate with business and functional leaders to identify and unlock value from data, supporting strategic decision-making and operational excellence. -Serve as the primary data advisor to the CIO and executive leadership, aligning data initiatives with business objectives and growth opportunities. -Foster a collaborative and innovative environment where team members thrive and deliver excellence. -Cultivate strong partnerships with business units, ensuring data solutions meet evolving needs and drive measurable impact. -Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. -Define and track value metrics for data initiatives, demonstrating clear ROI to the business. -Drive the adoption and integration of AI and advanced analytics tools to create business value. -Evaluate and select new technologies to support evolving business needs. -Develop and own the multi-year data technology and capability roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities. -Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing data team, including data governance, data operations, and AI enablement professionals. -Partner with business units to unlock actionable insights and maximize the value obtained from data assets. -Manage department budgets, optimizing spend and resource allocation for maximum impact. -Advocate for a data-driven culture, influencing stakeholders at all levels to embrace data and analytics in their decision processes.

What You Bring
-5+ years of experience in data leadership roles, with a proven track record in data strategy, governance, and operations. -Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. -Experience working with executive leadership and business stakeholders in a strategic capacity. -Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster a data-driven culture. -Deep understanding of data governance, data management, data operations, and AI technologies. -Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills. -Strong leadership and people development capabilities. -Experience implementing enterprise data and analytics solutions in complex organizations.
