Tasks

-Take ownership of the full resale journey - from initial enquiry through to completion -Build trusted relationships with homeowners, residents, and colleagues to ensure smooth transactions and positive experiences -Convert enquiries into viewings, offers, and completions, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets -Liaise closely with Village Managers and the wider operations team to deliver seamless handovers and move-ins -Provide exceptional, personal customer care to prospective residents and their families, guiding them every step of the way -Support local marketing and community events to raise awareness of available homes and drive interest -Maintain accurate CRM records and follow processes to ensure compliance and consistency

What You Bring

-A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets -Proven experience in property sales - ideally in resales, estate agency, or retirement living -Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools -Strong communication and relationship-building skills -Excellent negotiation and closing ability -A full UK driving licence
