Turnkey Site Superintendent

Overview

Assist PM to ensure turnkey construction projects finish safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Tasks

-Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with stakeholders -Coordinates and oversees job site logistics, daily work activities, day - to - day customer interactions, and progress of all subcontractors -Orders material for projects, responsible for on-site material, reconciles material shipments, and coordinates delivery of equipment and material with subcontractors.

What You Bring

-Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: -Proficient at reading plans, specifications; familiarity with project schedules, budgets, safety procedures, to ensure adherence to these. -Six years of construction industry experience; or two year degree from technical college in related field with four years of experience in the construction industry or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. -DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years. -Ability to lead and manage onsite team, subcontractors, and provide daily updates to project manager
