Tasks

-Provide support and guidance to site leadership on Safety practices and protocols. -Develop relationships with all employees while working hands-on to implement safety programs. -Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation, as well as site safety trainings. -Help develop and implement safety management systems and strategies. -Work in conjunction with the company’s partners and adhere to their safety needs

What You Bring

-Familiarity with standard Safety programs & policies, such as Confined Space, LOTO, Working at Heights, Machine Guarding, and PPE. -Experience with MSHA regulations, or an aptitude & desire to learn. -Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage others. -Ability to travel frequently around the Moorhead, MN / Fargo, ND area -3+ years of Safety experience in industrial manufacturing, cement & aggregates, or civil construction -A.S. or B.S. degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related, or 3 additional years of supplemental experience.
