  • Experience leading a Construction Management/Inspection (CM/CI) or Program/Construction Management (PM/CM) operation preferred
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Maryland and/or Washington, D.C
  • Minimum of 20 years of professional experience in the transportation industry, including at least 10 years in construction management and inspection
  • Proven success in business development, client management, staff leadership, and operational management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
