Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Maryland and/or Washington, D.C
Minimum of 20 years of professional experience in the transportation industry, including at least 10 years in construction management and inspection
Proven success in business development, client management, staff leadership, and operational management
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
