Tasks

Manage all day to day Site Operations. Review drawings and setting out details Management of Site QA in conjunction the Projects team. Attend Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings as well as Handover Meetings. The successful candidate will manage the Co-Ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages. Manage the Co-Ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural Work Packages. Management of Site Safety in conjunction with Safety Personnel (including Set-Up, Management and Close Out). Support the tracking of Project Costs with the support of the project QS’s. Support close out functions of all project items including Final Account, Punch List, Safety and QA Files, Material and Plant re-locations, Project Plan. Hold weekly Commercial Meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are been captured and processed. Manage Site Documentation. Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Planner, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors and Consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are adhered to. Ensure Change Management is handled correctly (Cost & Programme). Carry out distribute & close out Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) snags Management of Sub-Contractor activities including tracking progress against Schedule and Manpower levels. Carry out Sub-Contractor meetings.

What You Bring

Ability to manage a team of Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) personnel You will have a demonstrated experience in Supervising Works Packages including Civils, Roofing and Cladding. There will also be an expectation to Manage Site Safety and ensure Quality. Our client has an opportunity for a Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) Supervisor on a major Data Centre project in Dublin. Experience in Scheduling, Planning and Sequencing Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) Supervisor At least 7 Years relevant experience Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience Strong Communication, Numeracy, and Problem-Solving skills Experience in delivering Large Scale Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) projects If you have demonstrated experiences in Commercial (Office Fitouts, Retail, Hotels, Schools) or Industrial Construction, Data Centers, Critical Data Energy Infrastructure, Substations, Pharmaceuticals / Life Science, FEED, Refineries, Airports Construction or Infrastructure projects background, we would be very interested in hearing from you...
