Tasks

-Focus on the Commercial Sales Program by creating the tools, strategies, trainings, and opportunities to scale efficiency with futures RSM's. -Lead, manage, and support the outside and inside sales team in identifying and building opportunities with our dealer channel. -Development of High Value Dealer program, creation, implementation, training, scaling, and handoff. -Support and contribute to the creation of the State Funded Program, ensuring that it meets the criteria for scalable model for future growth in different markets. -Lead, coach, and develop the outside sales team in generating new dealers and working with existing dealers on growing their business. -Strategy development and deployment, measuring and responding to strategic metrics, and maintaining an understanding of the marketplace to respond to changing conditions. -Creating a streamlined system for RSM rolls and responsibilities and create timelines for future growth -Development and reporting of sales funnel and metrics. -Ongoing engagement with dealers, partners, and associations within key market segments. -Cross functional collaboration to support overall business improvement efforts. -Lead, manage and provide oversight for the internal dealer order processing team. This includes the migration of the sales order to purchase order and through the release to production scheduling. Working closely with the Operations Team to ensure sales order converts to a successfully shipped finished product. -Partnering with marketing team to develop and manage lead handling and flow. -Focus directly on identifying, training and qualifying participants of the Dealer Program within the standards, core values and mission of Best Bath's vision. -Provide appropriate analytics and KPI reporting of relevant data to sales team and leadership. -Manage and utilize our CRM to capture opportunities, create visibility on our dealer pipeline.

Detail Oriented Bestbath is seeking an experienced sales management professional with a strong background in related processes, strategy, and enablement to lead sales efforts in our dealer channel. The position will report to the Director of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development and be responsible for leading a team of regional developers and inside sales staff to develop and grow our dealer business. The role requires a high level of engagement with the sales team, dealers and across the organization as the key leader whose focus will be on delivering an accurate understanding of our dealer network and pipeline and ensuring proper management and execution of sales cycle from lead to close. This is a sales leadership position and not a direct selling role, where expectations will be focused development and deployment of strategy, enabling our sales staff to be more successful, ownership and communication of critical sales metrics, and internal collaboration across functions to help drive continuous improvement in serving our employees, clients, and end users. An individual who relishes attention to detail, achieving a high level of accuracy, utilizing effective organizational skills, and using their precise decision-making skills. Professionally interacts with peers, management, and stakeholders from other departments. Quickly able to determine customer needs and the best way to provide support. Diligent Worker -Requires traveling a minimum of two weeks per month -Accessible and aging industry knowledge is a plus -Requires good credit history -Must have excellent presentation, organizational, and time management skills -Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record and be insurable -Experienced in consultative selling and an understanding of coaching others to succeed in it. -Must have thorough working knowledge of sales practices/procedures and general office practices and procedures -Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience or a combination of experience and education in construction or related discipline -Composite industry knowledge is a plus -Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills -Documented experience in leading of remote, regionally focused sales professionals. -Bathing-specific industry knowledge is a plus -3 years leading a sales team. -Must have experience and/or a combination of education and experience in providing customer service including assessing customer needs, achieving customer service expectations and evaluation of customer satisfaction -Must be proficient in MS office software, Word, Excel, and Outlook -Must have extensive knowledge of business and technical writing, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills -Bachelor's degree. Preferred to be in a related area to the position; i.e. business, marketing, finance, design, or construction. -Documented experience in management and optimization of CRM systems to support sales staff. -Must develop a strong working knowledge of all local, state, and federal regulations related to Bestbath products and maintain current knowledge to act as a subject matter expert -Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects and deliver them on time. -Experience in sales management software a plus

Benefits
