Tasks

-Serve as an expert in the duties and responsibilities of a Senior Journeyman HVAC Installer. -Attends manufacturers' schools on new equipment to learn service/install techniques and parts required. -Serves as trainer for other installers in the field -Promote the sale of other services offered by Constellation Home to customers. -Service and install all types of HVAC equipment on customer premises. -Serves as expert in handling aggravated cases involving multiple requests for service. -Instructs other employees in making repairs and installations. -Resolves conflict by addressing issues directly, facilitating open communication and fostering collaborative solutions -Conducts quality control checks necessary to evaluate work performance of install personnel and provides feedback to management.

What You Bring

-5 years of work experience with house heating equipment, including high efficiency furnaces, electric heat, heat pumps, hot water boilers, steam boilers, and water heaters -Valid gas fitter's license -Ability to design and manage duct jobs through hands-on application -Ability to complete accurate job write-ups -Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime -State Journeyman HVAC license -Advanced knowledge of tools and materials with the ability to recommend procedural changes to meet special needs and adapt to changes in the industry -Eligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's license -Levels I & II CFC Certification -Advanced knowledge and demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues related to the performance and installation of heating and cooling equipment -Strong background in service sales, with the ability to adapt and effectively represent our company's offerings
