The Role

Overview

Office-based Team Assistant supporting Residential Sales on Saturdays, handling admin and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Meet and greet clients in the office -General office administration including updating window displays, brochure mail outs and ensuring the key register is kept up to date -Registering applicants on to the database (Reapit) – training will be given -Arranging and assisting with pitch and viewing appointments

What You Bring

-Be an excellent communicator -Experience in a previous role would be preferred but not essential. -Have a comprehensive knowledge of Salisbury and the surrounding areas -Have fantastic attention to detail
