On-site assistant property manager handling cleaning, maintenance, leasing, and resident service.

-Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators) -Responding to on-call requests -Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents -Assisting with leasing suites -Preparing apartments for new residents
