Tasks

Allocate document reference numbers according to the coding structures. Manage, monitor, track, coordinate and report all driver/ operator behaviour-based activities of the PMV Fleet. Presents data in an easy-to-understand manner. Reporting of Year-to-Date Statistics. Measure and manage the efficiency of the operations (Key Performance Indicators) Collects and analyses data to identify trends. Helps organizations make informed decisions. Prepare Transport Invoices. Extracts insights from collected data using statistical and analytical techniques. Provides valuable information to improve marketing, operational, and business practices. Collaborating with team members to collect and analyse data. Ensure regular interaction and always maintain clear verbal and/ written with all departments that are related to the company's projects. Update and maintain the Transport Status Report. Creating dashboards for easy access. Manage the integration of data between the GPS, FMS and other platforms. Maintain and record all Candidate Approval Form (CAF) to ensure accurate recruitment database and prevent repeated applications. Manage, maintain, coordinate and update reports according to the reporting matrix and distribution list assigned to each employee's designation, ensuring report accuracy and on time submission.
