Tasks

-Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and reconciliations. -Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and invoice-related issues. -Track payment cycles and ensure timely settlement within agreed supplier terms. -Manage invoice validation workflow and ensure posting accuracy in SAP (PALM). -Maintain and reconcile supplier accounts; prepare debit balances and aged creditor reports. -Review invoice accuracy, currency, supporting documents, and compliance with purchase orders. -Ensure adherence to HSE policies and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. -Verify and process supplier invoices and expense claims in accordance with the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA, CMA, CFA preferred). -Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. -Strong coordination and communication with finance, cost control, and procurement teams. -Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and ERP (SAP) systems. -Minimum 7 years’ experience in Finance, including 2 years in Accounts Payable.
