Tasks
The Senior Director will take full ownership for building and leading this new division. Reporting directly into the board, you’ll have complete autonomy to develop the strategy, structure, and team required to deliver and grow the investor service line. You’ll lead major refurbishment and fit out projects, strengthen relationships with landlords and investors, and establish this new service as a core pillar of the wider consultancy’s growth strategy. -Identify and secure new opportunities within the investor and landlord market. -Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of project management professionals. -Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to align goals and growth targets. -Lead high-value pitches and proposals to expand the client base. -Define the strategic vision, commercial plan, and delivery model. -Represent the business at industry events, roundtables, and thought leadership platforms. -Take ownership of P&L, budgets, and overall business performance. -Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, time, and budget control. -Establish clear performance frameworks and progression pathways. -Oversee end-to-end delivery of investor-side refurbishments, fit outs, and repositioning projects. -Manage key stakeholder relationships across landlords, developers, and consultants. -Lead the creation and growth of a new investor advisory division. -Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
