Tasks

-Provide technical support during construction and field implementation. -Perform overhead transmission and distribution line design (12.5 kV–500 kV) using PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and PLS-TOWER. -Support route selection, conductor and structure analysis, line layout, and engineering calculations. -Assist project managers with scheduling, work breakdown structure, resource planning, and KPIs. -Review and ensure compliance with utility standards, regulatory codes, and project requirements. -Prepare and review design drawings, technical reports, specifications, and construction packages. -Participate in design reviews, internal QA/QC, and interdisciplinary coordination. -Mentor, coach, and guide junior and intermediate engineers.

What You Bring

-You have a good knowledge of the US energy market. -You are familiar with electrical equipment in a medium- and high-voltage environment. -Excellent communication skills -You have organizational skills, curiosity, ingenuity, attention to detail and autonomy. -You have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent -You are familiar with Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook) -You have over 8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a consulting engineering firm, a utility or an electrical equipment’s manufacturer -You are familiar with current codes and standards. -You have the ability to work under pressure, on several projects simultaneously. -You enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams. -You have a valid driving license and a car for travel.
