BIM MEP Specialist

Overview

Create and coordinate detailed MEP BIM models (Revit) for US/UK projects.

Tasks

-Review design intent and convert 2D drawings/specifications into accurate 3D MEP models. -Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues. -Maintain BIM project templates, families, and libraries as per international standards. -Develop detailed MEP BIM models (Mechanical & Plumbing) using Revit as per project standards. -Coordinate with architectural and structural teams for model integration and clash detection. -Prepare coordinated BIM drawings, layouts, and documentation. -Support BIM Coordinators/Leads in project setup and QA/QC reviews. -Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of assigned modeling tasks.

What You Bring

Experience: 3+ years in BIM MEP Modeling (US/UK Projects preferred) Software: Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD -Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills. -Experience with LOD 300–350 modeling or higher. -Good understanding of MEP systems design, codes, and standards. -Degree in Mechanical Engineering. -Proficient in Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage. -Hands-on experience in US/UK/UAE-based BIM projects is preferred.
