Tasks

- Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and policies for the property management division in alignment with corporate objectives. - Lead the end-to-end operations of property and facilities management, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial performance. - Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence. - Drive business growth by identifying new revenue streams, building client relationships, and fostering operational excellence. - Ensure properties comply with all regulations, standards, and corporate governance requirements. The Director Property Management is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy development, and efficient execution of property management company operations. The role ensures optimization of assets, maximization of returns, tenant satisfaction, team performance, and compliance with corporate as well as regulatory standards. - Resolve critical escalated issues from tenants, clients, and regulatory authorities. - Manage risk and ensure business continuity through robust planning and controls. - Oversee tenant acquisition and retention strategies to ensure high occupancy and client satisfaction. - Monitor performance indicators, financial results, and key operational metrics; report on business performance to leadership. - Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations to achieve cost-effective and high-quality services. - Represent the company in industry forums, public events, and with key stakeholders. - Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team; ensure continuous improvement in staff competency and morale.

What You Bring

- Proven strategic planning and financial management capabilities. - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. - Strong leadership, people management, and change management skills. - Expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance. - Relevant industry certifications are an advantage (e.g., RICS, CPM, PMP). - Proficiency in property management software and MS Office suite. - Outstanding negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. - High integrity, adaptability, and a results-driven approach. - Minimum 15 years of experience in property management or real estate operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Deep knowledge of property management best practices, market trends, and building technologies.
