Tasks

-Contribute to community engagement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. -Review and approve landscape-related material submittals, samples, and mock-ups. -Inspect and approve works during construction and advise on remedial measures during DLP. -Supervise landscape works implementation, including planting, hardscape, irrigation, and site furniture. -Coordinate with civil, utilities, and environmental teams to integrate landscape works. -Develop and review landscape designs, master plans, and detailed drawings. -Provide subject matter expertise in sustainable landscape practices suitable for Riyadh’s climate.

What You Bring

-Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale infrastructure projects. -Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s or Chartership preferred) in Landscape Architecture. -Must be a Member of a Chartered Institution -Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency an asset. -Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in road, highway, or major infrastructure landscaping. -Strong knowledge of desert/arid landscaping, plant species, and irrigation technologies.
