Tasks
-Manage and evolve Okland’s Glassdoor presence through proactive content and engagement strategies. -Collaborate with departments to keep content accurate, timely, and aligned. -Own the content strategy and daily management of Okland’s intranet, ensuring it’s an engaging, reliable hub for information. -Leverage AI and digital tools to streamline and scale communication delivery. -Use analytics and feedback to improve user experience and drive adoption. -Collaborate with Marketing to ensure consistent storytelling across all brand touchpoints. -Lead crisis communications with clear, coordinated messaging between internal and external audiences. -Partner with leadership and department heads to craft messaging for company updates, major initiatives, and change communications. -Develop and lead a companywide internal communications strategy that builds connection, clarity, and engagement. -Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to amplify Okland’s employer brand, highlighting our people, values, and workplace culture. -Maintain consistency in Okland’s voice, tone, and messaging across all internal platforms. -Oversee the intranet’s evolution as a central resource for communication, collaboration, and connection. -Write, edit, and distribute content across newsletters, announcements, town halls, and other employee-facing channels. -Coach and train leaders to strengthen communication skills and effectiveness. -Create or oversee content for recruiting and marketing channels, including the careers site, social media, and employee spotlight campaigns. -Support events and initiatives with strategic communication planning, awareness campaigns, and message alignment.

What You Bring
-5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, employer branding, or related storytelling roles. -Experience managing intranet platforms, learning systems, or digital content management tools. -A proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. -Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences. -Strong project management skills, creativity, and attention to detail. -A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
