-Identify market trends and position Jacobs for future client needs -Collaborate across disciplines to deliver innovative, client-centric outcomes -Expand Jacobs’ influence across traditional and emerging service offerings -Lead strategic growth across Advanced Manufacturing, and Digital Infrastructure, including data centres and digital twin solutions and traditional service offerings. -Strengthen client partnerships and drive sustainable business development

-Proven experience in consultancy, sales, or operations, ideally within advanced manufacturing or digital infrastructure sectors -Expertise in solution-selling, pursuit management, and market strategy -Experience working in a matrix organisation across diverse teams and geographies -Strategic thinking and ability to influence cross-functional teams -Strong client relationship and business development capabilities
