Senior analyst driving People Systems, focusing on WFS Time & Attendance optimization

Tasks

-Coordinate and review UAT scenarios, develop test scripts, and validate results prior to production release -Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of system incidents, requests, and complex user issues -Build, maintain, and optimise reports, analytics, and dashboards to meet business and compliance requirements -Configure, test (UAT and PVT), and implement system changes aligned with agreed processes and priorities -Show up, stand up, and speak up when witnessing unacceptable workplace behaviours -Monitor emerging trends and recommend changes to keep MinRes People Systems best‑in‑class -Deliver high‑quality outcomes while modelling behaviours that support MinRes’ strategic objectives -Support system upgrades and project initiatives, including testing and stakeholder engagement -Ensure system integrity, security, and role‑based permissions through robust validation and maintenance -Build positive relationships internally and externally to drive initiatives enhancing People System -Gather, analyse, and document business requirements to enable effective People System solutions -Develop and maintain system documentation, functional specifications, and user support materials

What You Bring

-Strong background in system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting -Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms -Experience with people systems such as PageUp, SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, CultureAmp, Power BI, and Spinifex Easy Reporter (desirable) -Certification in Workforce (WFS) time and reporting modules -Extensive experience in Workforce Solutions (WFS) Time and Attendance implementation and configuration -High level analytical and problem solving skills with Microsoft Excel proficiency -Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Technology, or related discipline (desirable) -A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders -Proven ability in business requirement gathering, system analysis, and testing processes -Experience with Power BI and Power Query (desirable)
