The Role

Overview

Assist prospective residents, conduct tours, process leases, and retain tenants.

Tasks

-Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, ensuring a smooth transition for residents. -Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and follow-up activities. -Answer questions and provide information about leasing terms, pricing, and property policies. -Assist in processing lease applications and conducting background checks. -Conduct property tours, showcasing amenities and available units. -Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner both in person and over the phone. -Support resident retention efforts through effective communication and relationship-building.

What You Bring

-Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are required. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is a must. Ability to work collaboratively and independently as needed. -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a combination of an Associate’s Degree and 1 year of relevant work experience or a High School diploma and 3 years of relevant work experience will be required. Preference will be given to candidates who have obtained their CALP designation. -Experience: Prior experience in property management, leasing, sales or customer service is required. -A valid, state issued, driver’s license is required. -Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. -Software: Proficiency in property management software (Entrada preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
