Tasks

-Monitor global mobility trends and conduct benchmarking to maintain a competitive and cost-effective mobility portfolio, exploring opportunities for automation and simplification. -Ensure alignment of mobility programs with business goals, HR strategy, and total rewards philosophy, while maintaining compliance. -Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance oversight, and billing accuracy, while driving continuous improvement of mobility processes and policies. -Oversee outsourced administration of international assignments, partnering with external vendors, local HR teams, and HR Services to ensure seamless execution. -Lead the design, development, and governance of the global mobility strategy

What You Bring

-Ability to manage external providers and to ensure alignment with global mobility policies -Strong understanding of international assignments, tax and immigration considerations, and vendor management -Proven experience in global mobility strategy and program management across multiple regions for at least five years -Analytical mindset with experience in benchmarking and market analysis -Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse geographies -Familiarity with mobility-related systems, tools, and vendors, with the ability to work independently in a complex environment
