Tasks

-Carry out minor garden maintenance duties including removing debris from site to a -Collect and pick up all trade debris from properties/ gardens including any items identified for disposal -Assist Roofers with labouring duties -Undertake garden cutbacks of grass, shrubbery and foliage -Assistance in the stores department including unloading, loading of materials and -Collect and deliver materials from builders’ merchants and deliver to site or stores -Collect and submit all documentation relating to the collection and disposal of waste

What You Bring

-A current driving licence is essential -Must have some roofing experience -Own tools -A background of general driving/labouring work and be able to work in confined spaces -Competent in all aspects of Labouring and with experience of maintenance work on domestic properties, preferably within social housing and including high rise blocks for general repairs and refurbishments -Have asbestos awareness -Skilled workers will preferably hold a CSCS card (Desirable)
