Mobile building manager handling maintenance, cleaning, admin and tenant relations across sites.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Ensure resident safety and security at all times -Ensure cleanliness of common areas & corridors -Collect and record incoming rents -Prepare apartments for new residents -Follow an ‘on-call’ schedule (May include overnight shifts) -Serve legal documents as needed -Maintain positive relations with tenants -Maintain accurate stock control records -Maintain fire safety logs and winter logs -Address tenant concerns effectively and promptly -Show vacant apartments to prospective residents -Rent upcoming suites and complete required documentation -Respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies -Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance in plumbing & electrical
