Manage all contract personnel, ensuring assigned tasks are completed in accordance with contract terms, FAA training requirements, and long-range instructional objectives.
Monitor and report program performance to FAA leadership; implement corrective actions and process improvements as required.
Supervise and support instructional and administrative staff, providing clear performance expectations and accountability.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in quality, efficiency, or timeliness of contract deliverables.

Plan, direct, and execute contract operations to meet the technical, administrative, and scheduling requirements of the FAA.

Minimum of five (5) years of management and administrative experience overseeing efforts of similar scope and complexity, gained through work in Government or Private Industry.

U.S. Citizenship required.

LG2 Environmental Solutions (LG2)
Demonstrated experience in contract administration, personnel supervision, and operational leadership.
Preferred: Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BS), or Master of Science (MS) in Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Ability to analyze complex problems, identify key factors, and develop practical solutions.
Experience formulating and managing budgets.
Demonstrated capability to plan, organize, and execute work under tight deadlines.
