The Role

Overview

Assist HSEQ team with site inspections, incident investigations and compliance support.

Tasks

-Conduct site inspections, coaching & mentoring operational teams. -Promote & monitor compliance with Safe Systems of Work (SSOW), RAMS and Toolbox Talks. -Work closely with operational teams to maintain strong relationships, help improve processes & reduce risks. -Gain exposure to corrective action tracking, ensuring that issues are followed through to closure. -Promote and monitor safe behaviours on site, including unsafe act/condition and positive intervention reporting. -Support the HSEQ Team and the wider business with delivering the HSEQ strategy. -Assist in compiling accident and incident statistics for reporting to management and clients. -Provide support with document control, system compliance, and wider HSEQ administration. -Take part in training programmes, coaching, and mentoring opportunities to develop your skills and qualifications -Support HSEQ Advisors with accident and incident investigations. -Ensure safety and compliance standards are maintained, and any issues are addressed immediately.

What You Bring

-Experience in utilities or construction (desirable, but not essential). -Full UK Driving Licence (essential). -Strong communication and organisational skills.

Benefits

Compensation: £30,000 - £35,000 / year
