Tasks

-Proactively address on-site challenges while maintaining strict Health & Safety standards. -Ensure the project is delivered to the highest quality while achieving time and budget goals. -Act as the point of contact between Engineers, Senior Management, and Architects. -Oversee the coordination of trades, direct labour, and materials.

What You Bring

-Exceptional communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills. -Construction-related tertiary qualification. -High end hospitality fit out experience is highly advantageous. -Ability to effectively lead a team and collaborate with all project stakeholders. -Proven experience managing projects valued at $5m or more. -At least 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager with a principal contractor. -Expertise in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
