We have matured Data Science practice and growing at accelerated pace. -Modeling – Fine-tune/prompt models; use ML/DS when GenAI isn’t ideal. -Education – B.E./B.Tech or M.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML or related field. -Front‑end skills (React, Streamlit) for building user‑facing Gen AI tools. -ML Fundamentals – Solid grasp of supervised/unsupervised learning, evaluation metrics, experiment tracking (MLflow, Weights & Biases). -Soft Skills – Clear communicator who can explain complex ideas to non‑technical stakeholders; thrives in fast‑paced, iterative environments. -Experience – ~5 years delivering production software or ML solutions, with at least 2 years hands‑on with LLMs or other Gen AI models. -Data Handling – Proficient with SQL and Pandas; able to wrangle tabular, text, image and BIM/IFC data. -Knowledge of construction, engineering, manufacturing or related domain -Familiarity with Snowflake, Power BI or Tableau for analytics and visualization. -Gen AI Tooling – Experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI SDKs, embeddings, vector databases (e.g., Azure Cognitive Search, Pinecone, FAISS). -Cloud & DevOps – Comfortable deploying on Azure (App Service, Functions, ML, Container Apps), writing Dockerfiles, setting up pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions). -Programming – Strong Python (FastAPI / LangChain / LangGraph); familiarity with TypeScript or C# a plus.
