National Account Manager

Overview

Lead national retail accounts, develop sales strategy and drive growth for PPG.

Tasks

-Improve Rebate Return on investment and external engagement. -Establish sales goals by forecasting and developing annual and monthly sales; project expected sales volume and profit for our products -Ensure a maintained growth pipeline and the process is followed to improve performance. -Develop relationships with all internal and external partners. -Create and shape Joint business plans internally and externally to maximise results from their customer base to lead triple win. PPG/Customer/Consumer. -Provide weekly and monthly updates on our performance, team and competitor insights to the sales controller. -Ensure performance Measurements are realised, and client link commercial excellence metrics are the best. -Develop clear 2-way communication channels with commercial co-ordinators to deliver admin and pricing accuracy -To develop a sales strategy for the relevant national accounts which will realise sales, margin and market share growth goals ahead of PPG's competitors.

-5+ years experience delivering sustained growth in large retail customers -10+ years of experience working in paints/coatings, DIY, industrial consumables or FMCG -Commercial experience: joint business plans, forecasting, P&L management
