Support equipment sourcing (technical inputs, equipment evaluation)
Support SCADA system engineering tasks including but not limited to SCADA systems database configurations, upgrades / modifications, communication network configurations, firewall & cyber security configurations and testing the control system configuration on mirror platforms
Participate in technical negotiations with end customers and other stakeholders
Design, configure and develop HMI & SCADA applications
Produce high quality documents and specifications
Contribute sales and R&D activities
Develop and establish cyber security processes
Collaborate with other cyber security specialists in GE units around the world
Plan, Specify, Organize and participate testing in laboratory and at site
Perform Cyber Security & SCADA system validation and factory acceptance test (FAT).

Good Knowledge of HMIs and SCADA Gateways and understanding of their concepts.
Fluent written and oral skills in English; Finnish and other languages are benefit
Adaptive with problem-solving skills
Strong Knowledge in substation communication protocols (eg. IEC61850, DNP3, IEC60870-5-104/101).
Strong communication skills
Knowledge in network management protocols like SNMP.
Ability to work in groups as well as individually
Curious, open-minded and willingness to learn
Ability to global travel >50%
3+ years of Experience with Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering
Knowledge of Network Security / Hardening, Whitelisting and Cybersecurity best practices.
