Tasks

-To convene co-ordination meetings periodically with clients and sub-contractors to ensure that specified standards are established and maintained, while discussing and reviewing issues. -To assist in the development of energy conservation measures, carry out energy audits and contribute to energy & environmental management programs. -To check on site works carried out by subcontractors to ensure work completion, quality and method of working for compliance with specification and ordinance requirements. -To work in accordance with the firm’s Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) systems, Quality Management systems, Operations Procedures, Business Recovery Plans and local Ordinances and Regulations. -To lead the successful delivery of the project. -Prepare reports, recommendations and improvement works as appropriate. -To provide technical support on all project related issues under the major projects team. -Respond to adhoc activities and resolve technical problems thereafter. -To convene, where necessary, site inspections with the client and customers to resolve technical issues. -To provide comment, proposals and reports concerning technical issues.
