Tasks

-Oversee or assist with the physical setup and takedown of staging installations -Collaborate with sales and retail teams on marketing photo shoots and listing presentations -Create staging plans that align with the target audience -Select and coordinate furniture, accessories, rugs, lighting, and wall art from our inventory -Maintain accurate records of staged items and coordinate with warehouse on inventory needs -Communicate directly with real estate agents, Airbnb hosts, or property owners -Visit properties and assess space layout, lighting, and staging needs -Provide styling support for open house events or client showings

What You Bring

-Reliable transportation for local site visits -Bilingual (English + Chinese) is a plus -Detail-oriented with a flexible and proactive mindset -1–3 years of experience in home staging, styling, or interior design preferred -Ability to lift/move light to medium-sized furniture during installations -Strong sense of interior design, color coordination, and spatial planning
