Tasks

-Oversee customer agreements, collect initial payments, and coordinate with the manufacturing team. -Deliver engaging in-home sales presentations for Walk-In Tubs or Showers. -Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching programs.

What You Bring

-Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and drive. -Adaptability in a fast-paced environment. -Previous experience in commission-only jobs. -Experience in account and portfolio management, and upselling. -Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. -Exceptional verbal and listening skills. -Experience driving more than 1 hour+ for appointments. -Window treatments (blinds, shutters, curtains) -Proven record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets. -Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle. -Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM. -(No lead generation and no project management work) -Custom cabinetry -American Made: Products made in Texas with lifetime warranties. -Ability to identify new business opportunities. -2+ years in outside sales, preferably in a technical or complex environment. -Smart home technology (security systems, smart thermostats, lighting) -Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus. -Flooring (carpet, hardwood, tile) -Strong background in customer service and relationship-building.
