Tasks

In this senior position, you will be working alongside specialist engineers and consultants, you will focus on project-based BIM delivery from concept through to tender. You will be responsible for setting up models and overseeing coordination, maintaining model health, and ensuring deliverables meet project requirements. You will also lead internal BIM meetings and mentor junior team members, helping to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture. -Produce and review high-quality project deliverables, ensuring they meet graphical and industry standards. -Attend and lead local internal BIM meetings, offering guidance on project processes and deliverables. -Promote BIM tools, assist in the management of resources, lead internal training, and represent the team in external meetings. -Review BIM documentation (e.g. BEPs) and provide constructive feedback to ensure alignment with project needs. -Take responsibility for both standard and complex modelling activities. -Regularly monitor and manage model health, including producing clash reports and coordinating services. -Interface with internal engineering teams, external design consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration. -Support the development of junior team members, including training events and day-to-day mentoring. -Provide continued support during external BIM meetings, clash meetings, and similar forums to ensure effective collaboration with clients and partners.

By combining technical excellence with curiosity and inclusivity, our BIM community helps deliver smarter, safer, and more sustainable buildings. -Demonstrate proficiency in COBie, asset data input, and parameter management to ensure model data is comprehensive and meets project requirements. -Keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and can work with minimal supervision. -Significant BIM experience within the MEP industry. -Experience in supporting others to develop knowledge, skills, and confidence. -Experienced with Revit and understand wider BIM workflows, standards, and processes. -Communicate clearly and can explain ideas and procedures to a range of audiences.
