Tasks
-Ensure technicians meet service call targets, conduct regular follow ups with homeowners, and uphold company values in every interaction -Partner with the installation and field service teams on current and upcoming projects, utilities, local inspection authorities, and contracts -Coordinate generator installations and HVAC projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion -Utilize internal software that includes client relationship management (CRM) systems, as well as learn new programs -Provide an excellent first impression with customer interactions that include incoming calls, scheduling service work and appointments, and email communications

What You Bring
-Proven knowledge of power generation, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or utility trades -This job is with an independent Generac dealer and not for employment with Generac Power Systems, Inc. -Experience with contract and technical terminology throughout various municipalities -2+ years of experience within customer service -High school diploma or equivalent -Computer savvy, as you'll coordinate scheduling, dispatch, spreadsheet, and client relationship management (CRM) software
