-Recruit, staff, train, coach and motivate your team. -Provide reporting and ROI metrics to meet or exceed business objectives. -Lead a team of door-to-door marketers to drive lead generation and local awareness. -Attend weekly meetings with the management team.

What You Bring

-Experience building/recruiting a team of high level performers -Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours/day) -Must have a valid Driver's License -Prior leadership experience -Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during canvassing activities -Face to Face Marketing or Lead Setting experience a plus (canvassing or promoting)
