Tasks

-Partner with equipment sales team and parts to improve processes and communications to drive results -Support sales engineers regarding job pricing and costs -Pursue manufacturer cost reimbursement for parts and labor -Recommend and implement structure changes and operational efficiency opportunities -Lead discussions, training, and rollout of new software and procedures -Provides response to customer complaints and emergencies -Build and maintain an effective service team committed to customer and employee satisfaction and profitable growth. -Guide service admin and coordinators to maximize efficiencies and reduce travel time and downtime -Resolve issues in a timely manner and communicate directly with manufacturers -Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues immediately in the most cost-effective manner -Analyze and resolve applied overhead issues -WIP tracking and reporting -Provide directions for scheduling the appropriate technicians based on knowledge, skill set and abilities as it relates to the job scope -Train technicians providing coaching and mentorship on troubleshooting equipment, customer interaction, career growth, and meeting company expectations -Process and procedure development and implementation

What You Bring

-Must have valid driver’s license with good driving record -Electrical or temperature control experience required and EPA Certification Preferred (i.e. HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer, etc.) -Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 10-15 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience in commercial HVAC environment -Financial management including P&L responsibility, invoicing, AP/AR management and budget -Experienced and advanced knowledge, skills and abilities with AAON -Operating knowledge of MS 365 and working proficiency with handheld computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad) -Ability to work in diverse conditions including but not limited to mechanical equipment rooms with exposure to noisy operating equipment, exposure to extreme weather conditions, risk of electrical shock (high voltage), climbing/working at elevated heights, etc.
