Tasks

-Support the Lettings & Investment Manager with undertaking Lettings Market Appraisals -Update marketing material by taking photographs and filming video tours -Generate offers and negotiate lets -Leads by example on core behaviours and aspires those around them -Complete all necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction -Advising Landlords on market values/behaviours for potential buy-to-let purchases -Registration and management of your personal applicants -Support the process of bringing new properties to the market -Generate new business opportunities
